Manual EFT collections

This collection method type allows you to record successful ad hoc EFT (electronic funds transfer) collections that were processed outside of Root. These EFT payments need to be recorded via the Root dashboard or API for record keeping purposes and to ensure data accuracy.

EFT collections are useful, for example, if an automated collection fails and the customer wants to settle their account by making an ad hoc bank transfer.
