Clears assigned_payment_method_config_id on a payment method, returning it to the billing configuration its product module or the organization default would otherwise select.

The pin is set when the payment method is created and cannot be changed afterwards, so null is the only value this endpoint accepts. Clearing a payment method that carries no pin succeeds and changes nothing.
