Retrieve call playback URL

https://sandbox.uk.rootplatform.com/v1/insurance/calls/{call_id}/playback-url

Returns a signed URL for playing back the recording of a specific call. If the call has an associated attachment, a signed download URL is returned. Otherwise, the legacy recording URL is returned if available. Returns a 404 error if no recording exists for the call.
