Returns the billing configurations available to a product module for a given payment method type. A billing configuration ties a payment method type to the provider that collects it, so this is the list to choose from when you need to name the configuration a payment method should collect under.

Both the configurations assigned to the product module and the organization-level configurations (which apply to every product module without one of its own) are returned.

Unlike the rest of this API, the fields of the returned objects are camelCase.
