Payments API: How to specify finalized_at
Good day
We see example payment responses where there is a field called `finalized_at`.
The create-async and update-async payment apis make no mention of this field.
How would we specify this field?

Can we override the HTML doc border padding on policy documents?
There is a white border surrounding the policy HTML documents. Is there a way to remove this border?

Can't issue policies in Sandbox
I'm getting an error trying to issue a policies in sandbox, getting:
Oops, something went wrong!
The error was:
The target 'pdf-disabled-tt' could not be identified in the dom, tip: check spelling
Please reload the page and try again, or contact [email protected] if the problem persists.
Could you please advise?

Send notifications to our team internally
Hi,
I have a requirement to send communication to the team in case of an anniversary process failure. The anniversary process is triggered using a scheduled function.
In case of failure during any part of the scheduled function execution, we'd ideally like to know about it, to enable the team to investigate issues quickly.
Is there a standard pattern that I can follow here and any documentation describing this pattern?

Wording missing from email communication
Hi guys
I have included wording in of the email communications specifically External Payment activated. The wording is there in the Root email viewer but when I actually received the email its not there.

The wording is specifically "Please note that this is a non-underwritten..."

Custom notifications sent from [email protected]
We have custom notification sent during our anniversary process. Different to our policy schedule comms which is sent from [email protected]. the custom notification arrives at the end user as sent from [email protected]. Is there a way to change this? Some config in the .root-config.json file?

Please can you provide a sample of the expected payload for the policy_not_taken_up event?

Error Message Without: Please try again or contact [email protected] if the problem persists
Hi There
We have a requirement where we need the error messages shown on the dashboard to not suffix our errors with `Please try again or contact [email protected] if the problem persists`
Is this possible and if so how?
In our case the errors are business specific errors to us, Root support will be flooded with tickets they cannot assist with. Our error messaging directs user's what to do and who to contact but the suffix will cause confusion
