What's new this month? 🚀

• Send your customers the quote PDF in SMS notifications

  You can now add the URL for the quote PDF into SMS notification templates of application events. Read the docs.

• Access the policy anniversary letter from the Root dashboard

  Now you have easy access to the policy anniversary letter PDF from the Root dashboard. This enhancement places the anniversary letter in the policy documents section on the policy detail view. Read the docs.

  

• Collection modules in the application view

  You can now configure collection module UI components for the applications section of the Root dashboard, allowing operational staff to capture and edit payment details for collection module payment methods on application level. Read the docs.

• Draft collection modules

  In the sandbox environment, you can select between the draft and the live version of a collection module when adding or editing payment methods. This new functionality allows you to test changes in sandbox before publishing them to live. Read the docs.

  • Dashboard: In the sandbox environment, you can issue a policy from a live or draft product module definition. The collection modules in the payment step dropdown will correspond to your selection. A dropdown will also let you choose whether to use the latest draft or live version of the collection module.
  • Embed: On Embed, you can select between the live and the draft definition via query parameters:
    • draft_definition=true (existing functionality)
    • draft_collection_module=true (new functionality)
