• Improved refund request process

  The refund request interface on the Policy view has been updated for a more intuitive experience. The process now uses a modal instead of a full-screen view, with streamlined options and a clearer layout. Additionally, the refund amount will autofill with the last payment amount, simplifying the process further. Read the guide.

• Updated URL shortener service

  Shortened links in customer notifications and policy documents will use a new domain (alfd.me) instead of cov.is. This change is temporary until we have completed security and reliability improvements to our URL shortener service. Read the docs.

• Addition of block_key parameter to afterClaimBlockUpdated

  The afterClaimBlockUpdated lifecycle hook now includes the block_key parameter, allowing you to identify the specific claim block being updated. Read the docs.
