What's new this month? 🚀

• NAEDOs disabled after 31 October

  Due to PASA regulations we have to discontinue NAEDOs after 31 October.

• Payout requests data source

  The data exports data source for payout requests is now available for data exports.

• Arrears collection limit

  New billing config setting multipleOfPremiumArrearsCollectionLimit to limit the maximum arrears amount collectable on a policy. This setting has been configured as a multiple of a policy’s monthly/annual premium. If this setting is missing then no limit will be imposed. If this setting is set to multipleOfPremiumArrearsCollectionLimit=0 then the policy will only ever be billed its regular monthly premium and any arrears amount will be left to accrue on the policy ledger.

• Product module execution logs in dashboard

  With the execution logs within Root, users now have visibility on all successful, unsuccessful and in-progress actions on executed actions of their product module code.

• Payment batch update endpoint

  Updated_at and updated_by fields are now available for the payment batch domain. The new batch status accepted is used when indicating that a batch has been accepted/validated by external provider (and updated via the new endpoint).

• Usability improvements for canceling the policy issuing flow

  For the policy issuing flow, we updated the modal displayed when a user hits the cancel button. The change explicitly gives the user the option to save and exit or discard and exit.
