• Billing frequency modification for Stripe

  Clients using Stripe can now adjust the billing frequency of a policy via an alteration hook. Reach out to [email protected] if you would like us to enable this functionality for your organisation.

• Create card payment methods

  We've introduced the ability to manually create card payment methods from the API. To leverage this feature effectively, you need to interact with a card payment provider to capture card payment details during checkout. Root supports persisting a token reference to the card along with a few optional fields. Read our API reference guides here.

• Webhooks priority queue

  We've introduced a tiered priority system for webhooks. Sandbox webhooks now have a maximum priority of 3, whereas live webhooks default to a priority of 1, ensuring that processes of the live environment take priority at all times.
