  • Support configuring the Root Embed | Sales add-on through Workbench

    The Root Embed | Sales add-on can now be configured through the Workbench CLI tool. We added an additional file to a product module definition, which is used to store the frontend configurations of a product module's Root Embed add-on. Visit this blog post to read more about Root Embed.

  • Support changing a policy's start date

    We now support changing a policy's start date even if the policy has already started. All required billing changes will be implemented automatically by the platform. The policy's ledger is adjusted retrospectively to take into account the pro-rata (if enabled) and premium changes. Moving the policy start date is disabled by default and can be enabled for specific product module via Workbench. If the setting is enabled on a product module, the feature can be found under the policy actions dropdown on the dashboard.

  • Support running billing jobs in the sandbox environment

    You can now run the following billing jobs in sandbox to test the billing rails in a safe test environment before go-live:

    • debit-premium
    • create-external-payment
    • create-debit-order-payment
    • batch-pending-payments

  • New policy_reactivated webhook

    We added a new webhook that triggers on the policy reactivated event. This means you can build your own integration to listen for policy reactivations and generate any side effects on your own system. You can read more about webhooks in our API reference.

  • Support for adding row numbers to data exports

    You can now add a row number column to data export templates by adding the following handlebars reference in the template editor: {{ row_number }}. When the data export template is run, the row number will be populated for each line item.
