Improved Refunds tooling
Introducing enhanced functionality to the Refunds tooling on Dashboard for greater control and efficiency in managing refunds:

Enhanced visibility: Access a comprehensive listing page, allowing you to search, filter, and export refund information effortlessly.
-
New bank upload file: Filter by status "Pending" and export a CSV file containing all required data for bulk processing of refund payout requests.
-
Enhanced functionality for managing refund payout requests: User-friendly pop-ups to mark refunds as paid out or rejected on the Root dashboard.
- Mark refunds as paid out and upload supporting documents for record keeping. Note: Refunds need to be paid out manually through your bank. Marking a refund payout request as paid out does not automatically pay out the refund.
